Do I have to floss every day? Is it really that important?

Yes, you should floss everyday. Brushing cleans about 80% of your teeth while flossing covers the remaining 20%. Although that seems like a small percentage, this area is where all of the problems originate. That’s why Dr. Feisel believes flossing is very important. When you come to our office, he can further discuss ways to improve your flossing technique.

I want my front teeth to look better, but I do not want to wear braces. What would you recommend?

There are many ways to improve the appearance of your teeth without braces. Two methods Dr. Feisel may recommend are bonding or veneers. Before he recommends a specific treatment, however, Dr. Feisel needs to evaluate your teeth since each mouth is unique. If you are interested in straighter teeth without braces, schedule a cosmetic consultation with us today.
